What is an eBook?
eBooks are simply electronic copies of regular, printed books and are normally chaptered and indexed in much the same way. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word. They are downloaded on your computer where you can read them.
Do I need any special software to read an eBook?
Most eBooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For eBooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained free from www.adobe.com. eBooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Some eBooks come in exe format which can be read on any Windows PC. (but NOT Mac)
You will also need extracting software such as Winzip ( www.winzip.com ) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.
Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
Yes. After you have made your payment, you are then redirected to a page where you can download your purchase straight away.

I just downloaded a PDF ebook and I cannot open it, even though I have Acrobat Reader. What should I do?
You need Acrobat Reader 7 or higher to view PDF ebooks from this website. You will need to get a free upgrade the latest version of Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Your money will be refunded to you in full.
Do I need to be connected to the internet when I am reading the ebooks?
No. You only have to be connected to the internet when you are downloading them.
How to purchase an eBook?
1. Locate the book you want by "searching" or "browsing" the site
2. Select "Download" If you are ready to download it or click "Details" if you would like more information on the Ebook. 3. Press the "Add To Basket" Button if you are ready to make the purchase.
If you would like to add another title to your order, simply click on the "continue Shopping" button. Once you have compiled your order proceed to the checkout by clicking the checkout button. You will then be directed to the final checkout page.
